[nanomsg] Time for 0.3 alpha and check community

Hi,
Last version 0.2 is from September and there are some bugfixes on master
repository. My short-range plans are, if noone disagree, make a 0.3 version
from master plus the Freebsd port.
Some open questions:
a) Does anyone have more bugfixes?
b) Something stable to add to master?
c) Is anyone (now) developing the library?
d) Will Martin allow us/me access to nanomsg pages to update them?
