Hi all,
noinit branch is now merged.
1. nn_init() doesn't exist anymore.
2. nn_term() is now just an optional niche feature to help with shutdown
of multithreaded apps.
Binding maintainers should fix the bindings now.
Btw, this is hopefully the last change to the API. It doesn't look like
there's anything else left to cut off.
