Hello Massy!

Did you have a look at your ecasoundrc under /usr/local/share/ecasound - orif installed from the distro under /usr/share/ecasound. I had somethingsimilar and it turned out my ecasoundrc still had 44100 in it. It shouldn'thappen, but it does.
