Hi Alex,

Great that you're writing about this, as it's a use case
I never considered: I didn't even know you could 'setpos'
in a setup with a REC track. Maybe I wasted some
effort (although the learning is never wasted)
in the edits mode shifting all the tracks
to the edit point, when I only really needed
to load the setup and do a 'setpos' before
recording. <sigh>

But I've got naive question... why not just 'setpos 13' 
then start?
