[nama] New option: --use-pwd | -p

Hi,
For some purposes we want to do a quick edit
and not deal with Nama's directory structure.
This option puts everything in the current
working directory.
As it stands now, Nama doesn't even look in the project
root dir, and rebuilds the .effects_cache file
in the current working dir.
Let me know if this is useful or could be improved.
