Since we'll be playing with this for a while, I've added 
some user commands.

For everything: shla (show_latency_all)
For current track: shl (show_track_latency)

Also, I've been fooling (carefully!) with insert code and track caching
code, so these may suffer some breakage. Let me know. If anything comes
up, I'll fix them quickly. :-)
