I've pushed new changes:
- try to start jack.plumbing at program start IF:
+ JACK is running
+ jack.plumbing is _not_ running.
+ use_jack_plumbing: 1 (in namarc)
It will still work without the namarc option,
but setting it to '0' will defeat this feature.
- We no longer overwrite jack.plumbing. Instead we
treat it like 'at' entries in crontab, appending
at the end.
