[nama] Building problem

Hello,
After countless adventures, both in horror and wonderland, including a full
re-install of my system in quest of greater stability, I am nearly back on the
road and should soon chime in on some of the threads which have been going on
in the past weeks.
One problem remaining is that nama won't build. Doing ./build in a
freshly cloned tree yields:
Can't locate Text/Template.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10
/usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at ./preproc line 18.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./preproc line 18.
This rings a faint bell: didn't Julien experience something similar
a few months ago?
