I don't have a real good feel for that.  I would hope that if they are
trained investigators working for government agencies... they would KNOW
better... but you would be a better judge than I as our webmaster what
is a safe policy.

I see I will have to change the settings to prevent attachments if
that's what we want.  Or can we trust the membership to not knowingly or
unwittingly send a virus-laden attachment to the list?
