[mylvmbackup] Additional packaging suggestion: mkdirs

In my experience with SUSE, it is conventional that
the installation of a package will automatically
create the directories named in the default config
files. Either that, or the program will create them
upon use, if that is sensible  depending on the
situation. This improves the initial experience.

I think you could also pretty easily detect the
vgname, lvname, and relpath settings for the default
data directory /var/lib/mysql, and save those into the
default config file.
