[muscle] MUSCLE on CYGWIN problem.

Hi!

How to compile MUSCLE server on CYGWIN?

I get the following error (cd muscle/server/;make):

g++ -I.. -DMUSCLE_SINGLE_THREAD_ONLY -DMUSCLE_ENABLE_ZLIB_ENCODING -fno-exce
