[muglo] where's my fax setup?

It's been several years, and several operating systems, since I last had to use
my iBook to receive a fax. I can't find any provision for doing it in OS
10.5.6, and I'm expecting a fax in about an hour - i.e., about 11 a.m. today,
Friday.
Can anybody guide me through it, please?
The system's Help Menu, as so often happens, is useless. It says to go to
System Preferences and click Print & Fax, then select the fax modem in the
Printers list and type in the phone number for it. No such modem appears in the
aforesaid list, the only choices being Adobe PDF 8.0 and my printer, a Samsung
SCX-4521F. Does OS 10.5.6 still include fax capability, and if so, is there a
way to get the blasted option into the Printers list as apparently required?
The iBook is a 1.42 GHz PowerPC G4. Its modem, according to the spec list, is a
Jump model, interface type I2S, modulation V.92, hardware version 1.0, with
MotorolaSM56K.kext (v1.3.9) driver.
Heeelp!
