I have a client who has a fairly large website in need of re-design.
They want to update it to include more dynamic elements (a blog, user
forum, photo gallery with user posts, registration, etc.) in the new
version. Although I have designed a number of sites to date, none of
them have included these features. Is there anyone in the group who
might be interested in collaborating on this project, or available to
tutor me on how to set up these portions of the new site? The
previous creative director has tossed around terms like PHP, MySQL
and MAMP Pro ? all Greek to me now, but I'm quite sure they aren't
nearly as mysterious as they sound. I hope?
To date, I've been using GoLive CS2 for site design, but am happy to
consider moving over to Dreamweaver CS3 if that is more suitable.
Any takers? Please call or write to discuss.
Thanks very much,
Mary
