[muglo] Re: voting

Good questions, Roy, though it must be remembered that when I, as then
President, proposed, a few years ago (and which was adopted), to change
MUGLO from a 'meetings' group to an 'internet-only' group (the O of
MUGLO changing from Ontario to Online!!) was due to the small number of
people coming out to meetings!! That being said, it was also agreed
that meetings COULD be held at any time if a group of members so
desired either for social reasons or to discuss a specific topic or
even to run a SIG - it being understood that such a meeting would not
involve MUGLO in any expense!! I believe, from memory, that that is
essentially spelt out in our Constitution (posted on our web site!!

I hope this clarifies the situation

Paul (Past President)
