A question for you:
Are both your computers at the same location, or at different
locations? (cannot remember)
If they're at the same location, there's no need to "switch" ISPs. You
can run as many computers as you want on one high speed line (well,
ok, there are practical limits... I wouldn't advise more than 6 or 7
"heavy" web browsing computers active on one ADSL/Cable connection at
a time).
