Eric I'm confused. My computer has iChat but it says I have to have
broadband (high speed?) and my modem won't do the job. I have no idea what
my son's software is, only this it's a PC.
MY isp's highspeed (fatwire) connection is $65 a month and I think you
have to rent a modem.
Problem is I read that it's impossible to connect a Mac to a PC. Then I
looked it up on the net and there are innumerable websites with titles that
range from, "mac-pc connection impossible." "Someday Mac will make
connecting to PCs possible but not yet." "Connecting Macs to PCs is easy."
And on and on, so I couldn't figure who is right or where to go from here.
