Alex,
Here are the Switch Settings for the adapter that Viewsonic provides:
Viewable Screen Range: 14 to 15 inch
Recommended Multi-Resolution for PowerPCs: 832x624
Switch Setting: 125678
May not help much, but thought I'd send it just in case.
