I just brought home an old (1992) 15" vga peecee monitor, and set it
up to work on my mac via an adapter.... thing powers on, but the
screen remains black.
Could this be my vga adapter, or is the monitor likely dead? (I'm
unsure of the correct pin setting on the adapter bc I have no
instructions for it).
Anybody have an old 386, etc, that is destined for goodwill or
valuvillage, that they might let me have first so that I can test
this monitor w/o the adapter?
unless of course black screen means dead.
any suggestions appreciated.
regards,
~Alex
