[muglo] Re: use of OT in headings

I believe it is important to put the square brackets around the 
letters OT so that it becomes [OT]. By doing so, those who have set 
up filters to weed out the Off Topic posts can set their filters to 
that unique combination of characters. Otherwise those with filters 
that are not case sensitive or even if they are (case sensitive), 
with filters set to "OT" can end up filtering out "innocent" posts 
with "lot", "mottle", "got", "jot" and the like, in their headings.
