[muglo] upgrading printer driver for Vista

I'm having trouble installing a printer driver onto a new PC running 
Vista. After installing and following all the steps, it still cannot be 
located on the PC.

Does this mean a new driver is needed for the printer?

HP Laserjet 1012, 4 years old
