[muglo] updating

I was doing some work on my Entourage calender when I noticed that 
the time zone for my events is Eastern Time Canada, but my computer 
time zone is West Central Africa. I went to my System Prefs and 
checked, but it says my time zone is set to Toronto Canada. Any ideas 
why the discrepancy?...Doug
