Hello Doug,

I have a utility called Data Rescue II that may be able to recover those mp3 
files from your hard drive. It is important to not use your computer as you may 
inadvertently overwrite some of those files. Let me know what OS, and hardware 
you are using. We can also go over proper setup of CCC if needed.
