I would presume that there is a setting to send spam to junk mail,  
but as I don't use Microsaft products I don't know where or how. My  
isp (isp.ca) uses "Postini" out of California & it catches virtually  
all spam. I can go their site & set up blocking for certain words  
etc., As I can in "Safari" to some degree.
Karls advice is a good idea.
