[muglo] screenshots of print problem

I now know that the emails that won't print out come from one of two  
senders. I have screenshots available now from one of these emails of  
the view in mail including inbox and preview pane and the view of  
print preview. The email is printing a color pic below the line but  
not the body of the email.  I'll send thse to you if you send me an  
email directly.
