[muglo] recording phone surveys

Hello,

I have been offered a "work from home" opportunity doing phone surveys 
that need to be recorded and emailed. I currently do  mystery shops for 
this company and this would help me out financially.

Does anyone know what software/etc I would need for this? I had heard 
there is something Radio Shack sold but then it might not convert to a 
format I can email.
