*All* PPC Mac browsers support 128 bit encryption... I don't think it's
possible to download a non-128 bit version of M$IE anymore.

Both iCab and Opera offer internet banking support in OS 9, and in OS X
iCab, Opera and OmniWeb do (I don't discuss Mozilla/Netscape 6.x because I
can't really consider them non-beta browsers). In their preferences, tell
them to tell the website they are Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape 4.7.

PS iCab for 68K does not support HTTPS (for 68K your only options are
Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscrape Navigator 4.0.8).
