Hi all:
I have a need now for more protection of my computer than I have had
previously.
Surge protection ... I have just returned a fused protector to PANAMAX= and
am expecting a replacement unit soon. It will have telephone line
protection. I also need cable protection. I understand that I can get a
cable module to fit on my base protector and have asked Terry Steeper of
Terry's Tech Service for help in this.
I would like to know, please of your preferences for and experiences with
firewalls. I am working with some copywrited material for the original
author.
I am having to reconsider Virus Protection now that i am running OS X. Only
have protection for OS 9. Any thoughts here please.
Norton Tools or the like ... I don't know how to or if I can defragmen= t my
hard drive running OS X.
Thanks for your input.
shanti
Susan
