[muglo] Re: persistent presets in InDesign

That worked, Dean, thanks. I'd been thinking there might be some
undocumented command that might just kill one unwanted preset at a time
while preserving the good ones, but going the prefs route did the trick
too. I'd been reluctant to try it, thinking that it would kill ALL my 
preferences, but once forced to look at the thing I realized that quite
a lot of those are in separate files. Deleting just the InDesign
Defaults file from the Version 5.0 folder left my keyboard shortcuts
and other routines alone, so in the end I didn't have all that many
settings to reconfigure. Good advice.
