I use an Palm m100 which is hotsync'd via IR to my laptop and our 
corporate e-mail and calendaring system (Lotus Notes) using IBM's 
Easysync software. Works like a charm. I also use Palm's Mac 
software as a secondary backup system. Very few problems in over 
1.5 years of use.
