[muglo] oops

OK, I have the classic dumb problem. It happened once before but darned if I
can recall how to fix it. For some reason the internet window is too high on
the screen, which means, of course,that I can't reach the buttons to close,
page forward/back, etc. For the life of  me I can't drag it down although
I've done it in the past. Anyone understand? And can help? jim
