Speaking for one local vendor, MUGLO is often cited as a community
that can help and provide guidance to new Mac users and several people
that this group has been mentioned to are now members.
I read all posts but avoid too much input as some perceive it to be
unwarranted advertising but often refer new Mac users to the group as
there is little in the way of support outside of AppleCare.
