Sara,
I have been using it (Vonage) successfully for years. We use it
with Rogers a wi-fi router and 4 computers in the house with no
degradation of service. We did have some slowdown (no a standstill)
when we were using 2.4 or 5.8 ghz cordless phones, but since we
switched to a 6.0, that problem has been eliminated. Check your
connections. If your cable length is too long or with too many
attachments (splitters, extensions, etc.), it could be what is
detracting from your quality. Good luck.
Best wishes,
Joe Nolan
