Doug,

I was responding to Gerhardt's suggestions and explaining why Mail is 
insufficient for my needs.

I have a $3000 Powerbook G4 which I cannot use as the needed logic 
board $849 + labor and taxes is beyond my financial grasp. So it sits 
in the closet. I purchased the G3 only because it is all I can afford 
and because I had been without my computer since October.

Let's just give the copy of Office 2008 to someone and end this 
discussion.
