I find it hard to process internally and I need to see it visually in 
order to process it. The categories/colors also need to tie in with 
calendar events, meeting requests and such. Entourage contains an email 
program and an integrated calendar, tasks list etc.

I also use Excel for all billing and accounting functions; Word and 
Powerpoint for man other uses.
