I reiterate, the limit is a twelve line text block - 80 characters per  
line, minimally 10  to 20 words per line.

80 / 4 *12

Is 200 words in a text block not enough to select your quoted  
discussion point? You may have as many twelve line text blocks as you  
wish.

Secondarily, I have put my email address in as moderator. This means  
the list is now moderated manually. You will get returned messages  
when I check my mail. This is most certainly slower than the machine  
moderated situation we had before.

Third, I have set the quoted limit to 90% of the post, whereas it  
previously was 50%.

Fourth, half of the manually moderated messages have been from persons  
sending from an unsubscribed address.
