I don't believe it much matters what ISP you use you will get spam  
and the volume will go up and down.  Right now I receive about 7 or 8  
new spam messages between 3 e-mail accounts and it has been as high  
as 20.  The content of the spam seems to rotate between viagra ads,  
porn sites, pirate software and some guy in Nigeria that can't find  
anyone willing to let him deposit millions of dollars into their  
account, oh and now there is a Russian guy with the same problem.
