Is it a case of it doesn't *open*, and does not have an application icon? If
so, try dropping the file on Stuffit Expander (any version). If that doesn't
work, download it to a computer which has SE 7 (or 6 or 5.5), unstuffit, and
transfer it to the other computers.

If you have to e-mail it, re-stuff the file with DropStuff but make it a
self-extracting item for Macintosh before e-mailing.

Do you maybe need to install CarbonLib (Carbon Library)?
