[muglo] movie transfer

Why do I need to take 2 steps to put a movie in my external HD movie
section instead of 1 move? If I take a movie file from my desktop HD
and drop it into the movie icon on the external HD, it shows up under
movies on both HD's. If I erase one of those files, both disappear.
If I drag the movie files to the external HD icon, it copies and I
can then move it to the movie icon. Why won't it copy just dragging
it to the movie icon on the external HD?...Doug
