[muglo] monitor

Curious. My monitor's picture quality  has started to, how shall I say,
change? Once in a while it will flare a little brighter. Anything that could
cause that besides a dying monitor or computer. Dying battery? It doesn't
seem to effect anything, just a little disconcerting. It's a ViewSonic and a
G-4. jim
