[muglo] keyboard issue

Hi Everyone -
I am new to the group and have been following the emails with interest.

I use a MacBook - about 4 years old. I often use an external monitor
and keyboard. Over the past month  I would periodically lose all contact
with the computer. The keyboard would not work at all - mouse worked but
nothing else. Eventually it would come back. I originally thought that  
it was a
problem with the external keyboard. But the problem is also occurring  
when
I use the computer.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? I have a dreadful feeling that
one day it just won't come back. Is it an easy fix?

Any help would be appreciated.
