You're kidding, right? If you have the photos in ' iPhoto', select  
them and click 'email' on the bottom toolbar. It will do the rest for  
you. You do have the option of selecting quality(file size). Watch you  
don't go over your server's bandwidth limits, or send them in batches.
There are 3 basic rules in computing:

1. Backup
2. Backup
3. Backup

Assuming you have ignored this, just go to the Firefox site and  
download the program again.
