SYSTEM PREFERENCES - KEYBOARD&MOUSE - TRACKPAD - TAP TRACKPAD USING  
TWO FINGERS FOR SECONDARY CLICK.  here you can also set for scrolling  
with two fingers even horizontally!

I have a new macbook with OSX 10.4.10
