Jim,
There are a number of other ISPs to pick from for High Speed. 
Execulink.com, ISP.ca, Ody.ca, Odyssey.on.ca are four that are at least 
somewhat Mac savvy, less expensive than Bell or Rogers as they allow you 
to use your own DSL Modem, whereas Bell & Rogers require you to rent 
them, adding about $10+ a month to the cost. HTH.
