[muglo] Re: help viewer help

Keith,

Try the following:

1. Trash the following three files, if extant:

/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.help.plist
/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpui.plist
/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist

2. Trash the /Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui folder.

3. Empty the Trash and Restart.

If the above procedure does not work try the suggestions at

http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/helpviewer.html

Good luck.
