I whole heartedly agree with you. I almost never quote the whole
message, just the relevant bits, but I see some people quote the
whole page, sometimes 3 or 4 past posts!! Extremely annoying to say
the least. Not sure why Doug is experimenting, bandwidth perhaps,
although I see nothing on Freewebs to indicate a "quota" of quoting.
