A laser printer is usually cheaper than an ink jet printer. You usually get 
about 3,000 to 5,000 pages at 5% coverage with each laser cartridge. Ink jet 
printers usually gives you  about 300 to 600 pages at 5% coverage. At about $60 
to replenish ink, its more cost-effective to use a toner cartridge which costs 
around $120 each.
