[muglo] email Links

Until recently when I clicked on an HTML Link in a message in Mail ( 
the apple Mail program) it would open the browser and load the 
appropriate page.   This no longer works with any browser??  I guess 
that I have turned it off somewhere??   Does anyone know what I have 
done??  And how to get it going again?
