It's very irritating (& I've ranted on this before here and submitted 
feedback to Apple (not in rant format ;)). The keyboard gets set to CSA when 
you select a Canadian city and unit measurements are then in imperial format 
(neither or which are useful to the *vast* majority of Canadian Mac users (& 
even moreso since most of those raised with imperial aren't using 
computers... such bizarre decisions)... tells you that Apple is no more 
responsive than any other company).
