[muglo] Re: dial-up problems

I would call up Bell. Perhaps there is a problemwith the phone line. Or
have a friend bring a computer over and try connecting from there. If
they can't connect, then definatly call bell. If they can, you may still
want to call them as perhaps your modem is a bit more sensitive to line
conditions.
