Barry did link to the proper way to do it but I will spell it out in my own
words so you don't have to read through whole forum threat.
It is possible to delete files and their associated history files from within
Time Machine. Here is how:
1) Enter Time Machine (so you are looking at your backed up filed in the
"Space" view
2) navigate in the finder window to the file you would like to delete
3) Either right click on the file or click on the gear icon that is in the
toolbar and select the option to delete this file and all of its versions.
And that's it - three steps to get rid of any files you may not want.

Subject: [muglo] deleting Time Capsule files
I frequently create biggish CS3 files that I need only temporarily and have no
intention of saving — complicated multi-layer InDesign layouts and Photoshop
spreads that are eventually reduced to single-layer PDFs or PNGs a tenth the
size of the originals. Inconveniently, Time Machine saves 'em all, the big
drafts documents as well as the little end results. It slows down Time Machine
and clogs up Time Capsule. In the normal way of things, one can't delete Time
Capsule files, but Terminal does provide a way of doing it. I found it some
time back in a magazine and used it successfully, but wasn't smart enough to
keep the instructions around. Does anybody else know the trick?
